StyleChain Platform Overview
StyleChain (formerly 3 Clicks Cloud) is a comprehensive cloud-based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Information Management (PIM) platform purpose-built for the fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, and homeware industries. The platform manages the complete product lifecycle from initial design concept through production, compliance, and delivery — with real-time supplier collaboration across 30+ countries and 3,600+ active suppliers.
Style Library and Design Management
The Style Library serves as the centralised digital hub for all product development data. Each style record contains the complete product specification including style code, description, brand assignment, collection, season, category, sub-category, gender, and fabric type. The module supports unlimited custom fields for industry-specific data capture.

Each order tracks: style specifications with colour and size quantity matrices; supplier assignment and purchase order generation; critical path milestones with target and actual dates; sample requirements and approval workflows; lab test recording and results; specification sheet generation; and shipping coordination.
Critical Path Tracking provides visual timeline monitoring across all production milestones. Configurable templates define standard milestones including design approval, fabric booking, lab dip approval, fit sample, pre-production sample, bulk production start, quality inspection, and shipment. Suppliers update milestone status directly through the Supplier Portal, eliminating email-based status chasing.
Multi-Type Costing Engine
The Costing module offers three specialised costing types designed for different business models. Retail Costing calculates margins from RRP (Recommended Retail Price) down through wholesale, working backwards to determine target buy prices. Import Costing handles international sourcing with landed cost calculations including factory buy price, international freight, port and disbursement charges, import duties by product category and origin country, and multi-currency conversion. Component Costing addresses single-component products with simplified cost structures.
Multi-supplier quoting supports up to 10 suppliers per style with private negotiation threads invisible to competing suppliers. Automatic currency conversion uses configurable exchange rates. Licence and royalty calculations are built-in for licensed brands. The complete costing history maintains a full audit trail of all pricing decisions and approvals.
Supplier Collaboration Portal
The Supplier Portal provides free, unlimited access for factories and suppliers to collaborate in real-time with brand teams. There are no per-supplier licence fees — brands can onboard their entire supply chain without additional cost. The portal supports English and Simplified Chinese interfaces.
Supplier capabilities include: viewing and managing purchase orders with colour/size breakdowns; submitting costing quotes with detailed pricing breakdowns; accessing tech packs, specification sheets, and technical drawings; updating critical path milestone status in real-time; managing sample submissions and approval workflows; responding to quality claims with documentation; viewing compliance records and audit status; accessing a notification feed for updates across all modules; and downloading files and documents shared by the brand.
Customer B2B Wholesale Portal
The Customer Portal enables wholesale buyers to self-serve through a branded B2B interface. Customers can browse product catalogues, view available styles with imagery and specifications, place wholesale orders, manage their account details, and track order fulfilment. The portal includes customer company management, staff user management, and configurable access permissions.
Compliance and Audit Management
The Compliance module provides a centralised hub for managing factory audits, licences, and supply chain compliance. It supports two compliance types: Audit-based compliance for factory inspections and assessments, and Licence-based compliance for certifications and regulatory approvals.
Key features include: individual supplier compliance status tracking; comprehensive audit history with findings documentation; Corrective Action Plan (CAP) management with assigned owners and deadlines; compliance-specific critical path templates for audit scheduling and follow-up; Tier 2, 3, and 4 supply chain visibility for deep supply chain mapping; and regulatory reporting support for the Australian Modern Slavery Act and EU Due Diligence Directive.
Claims and Cost Recovery
The Claims module tracks product quality issues, delivery discrepancies, and cost recovery from suppliers. Claims include structured data for issue type, severity, financial impact, and resolution status. Suppliers can respond to claims directly through the portal with supporting documentation. The module maintains complete claim history per supplier for performance analysis and accountability.
Collection Planning
The Collection Planner supports seasonal merchandise planning with budget targets, style selection and organisation across collections, quantity planning by style and colour, and direct order creation from approved plans. Merchandising teams can plan ranges, set financial targets, and manage the transition from planning to production.
Shipping and Logistics
The Shipping module manages logistics from factory dispatch to warehouse delivery. Create shipments with order assignment, track freight status through transit, manage shipping documents (packing lists, bills of lading, commercial invoices), and coordinate delivery scheduling. Shipments link back to production orders for end-to-end visibility.
Dashboard and Analytics
The Dashboard system provides customisable data visualisation with over 40 built-in chart types and KPI monitors. Users can create personal dashboards tracking production status, supplier performance, cost analysis, compliance metrics, and operational KPIs. The platform includes AI-powered analytics for trend identification and predictive insights across all modules.
Reports Engine
Cross-module reporting enables comprehensive analysis across styles, orders, costings, compliance, shipping, and claims data. Standard report templates cover common business needs while custom reports can be configured for specific requirements. Reports support filtering, grouping, and export in multiple formats.

StyleChain provides a full RESTful API with two authentication modes: Simple authentication for basic integrations, and Strict mode using HMAC-SHA256 signatures for enterprise security requirements.
